The hammer for tiles
Knocking off tiles is often an unloved job; pasting over is faster. The VOGT hammer is very helpful doing the job faster. You can meet easily the differing demands like: glue quality, laying system, counter thickness and subgrad consistence. You remove glued tiles with scrapers, tiles in mortar bed with chisels. The tool width depends on the consistence of the adhesive or mortar. If the floating is very soft we suggest a smooth operating angle to avoid damages. Adhesive remains are refractory. We suggest a steep operating angle. For professional use we suggest two tool lengths: short for the wall to work in tight and angled spaces. Long for the floor to assure an ergonomic upright working position. Some companies use only one breaker and one extra handle to adapt to the necessary tool length. The more powerful VH 50 is able to remove ceramic tiles, strong substantives and all kind of floor screed. Three different attachements are enough: In most cases three different tools are sufficient.
